the design of high noon renders it a very very situational ult. it's super powerful after it's buff, but as with before, you can't just use it mid team fight unless you've thought about your positioning for it. that's like saying pharah's ult is ass because she's completely immobile while she ults - at least mccree has SOME movement and infinite range. his ult now is a huge upgrade, as you can punish one or two players for being slightly out of position much more efficiently. it's also a good opener for dives, as the 80 initial damage is fantastic poke damage for backlines/squishies. as someone who mained mccree before the s76 buff, I'd rather play mccree now.
