I think this is easily in my top 5 Scrubs scenes...the ease these two have together as actors is incredible and rare imo. Classic example is during the ultrasound and Patrick asks if it's cold. Ok, we all know the actress was not really pregnant and just wearing a fake belly...and I really think that line was not scripted, but just part of their natural rapport...I love it.

Technically Patrick did get a do over, he got a daughter so he now knows what type of guy to watch for to keep Emma safe from the dogs like he was.. And now he got baby Noah to let him do NASCAR and play in the dirt

Something that is funny about this scene is Maxie is just like Patrick. She doesn't really like babies or seem to want one and cut to years later she is a mom to baby girl and wants her child more than anything.

I can't believe I didn't catch this before. Maxie leaves wishing the couple well and Kelly gets the gel ready for the ultrasound. Maxie never shut the door and it left open while Robin and Patrick are finding out the sex of their baby. The exam room door should have been shut.
