I have no idea if it was shear luck or highly calculated but if it was, it means that aimgod had to know exactly how much time it takes a mcree to high noon a 200hp target

They know that with an instant high noon in that position, the primary target has to be the Pharah - and the Pharah holds their own key offensive ultimate, so keeping her alive and trying to swing the advantage onto their team when the enemy is already invested in one ult - is definitely a calculated move by the Ana (and of course the team as a whole with their comms during game and pre planning etc).

they pick up on whatever's infront of them.. mostly. They do pick up on some micro plays like this one mostly since Nano was invested. If Nano wasn't invested and it was just Pharah getting bubbled or something they probably would've just said "bubble onto the Pharah" and been done with it. But, since it was Nano, they looking into why he actually got nano there and realised. If there's no ultimates being involved they completely miss it. Just like how on Horizon DDing used Barrage from behind San Francisco Shock and would've died even with Mercy heals if it wasn't for Mercy (Coma) body blocking over 100 damage and barely surviving. They got a ton of kills and both survived. The casters completely missed the play and just said it was a nice barrage and stuff. I bet if Pharah had been nano'd to survive there they probably would've said something, but they didn't say anything when Coma tanked most the damage.

I absolutely love videos on micro plays! We've all seen the 6 man Widow teamkill or a huge D.Va bomb, but there are so many micro plays that go unnoticed. It's seriously the little things that make a huge difference in games. I always point out great plays like Mercy body blocking a Pharah during Barage and saving her, or even just a team/teammate peeling for their backline. It doesn't need to get 6 names in the killfeed, it just needs to be impactful. The OWL casters tend to miss a load of micro plays which deserved some recognition or even a replay, but I make sure to look for micro plays and admire every good play I see.

Note: since the EMP cast time nerf a year ago EMP and hack both have a 0.65 second cast (activation) time (at least one of the wikis hasn't been updated to show this). But regardless the decloak time would have led to Haksal getting hacked as the video astutely points out.

Haksal is such a strange player, I swear. He has these moments of complete brilliance, but then he seems to fall flat in other times. I don't want to offend any NYE fans, but I think if Haksal was on a higher rated team, he'd do much better. Haksal is insanely good at the game, but it seems like there's something missing in Excelsior which is really holding them and specificlaly Haksal back. If Haksal was on a more oganised team, I'm sure he'd succeed so much more. It seems to happen quite often where top tier players even at OWL level are being placed on mediocre-lower rated OWL teams. Jjonak is just a complete beast, so same thing with him I feel like he deserves to break through the wall of mediocre teams to good teams. It must really suck to be a player as good as Jjonak and be stuck on an okay-ish team while a Doomfist one trick is placed on one of the best teams (ChipSa, Philadelphia Fusion) and only played one match in an entire season, yet still being recognized for it. That's NA Prod for you I guess. PS. Every single player in every single OWL team are INSANELY good at the game and deserve to be at this level (ChipSa maybe not so much *cough* carried), when I call a team 'mediocre' I am speaking about at this level. Just because a team is less successful in the OWL, doesn't mean the players are not good. If you're at this level regardless of which team you're on you're still an amazing player. Every player in the OWL is better than I am!
