Each queen has very specific blocking throughout (and during the band bit), and within that often some further direction (Boleyn always kneels down in front of the bassist), but there are only a few parts that are heavily choreographed (the Boleyn quotation, beginning, and end). Other than that, the point of the song is to discharge the energy of the audience so they're hyped up as they leave, and the most natural way to do that is by going apeshit onstage.
