वक्फ संशोधन बिल के खिलाफ ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड (AIMPLB) ने अपनी आवाज़ को बुलंद कर दिया है. आज शुक्रवार (6 सितंबर) को देश की सभी मस्जिदों में जुमे की नमाज के बाद एक AIMPLB की तरफ से क्यूआर कोड जारी किया गया और इसे स्कैन कराया गया. जिसमें ये अपील की गई है कि बड़ी संख्या में इस पर मैसेज कर इस बिल का विरोध किया जाए.
वक्फ बिल के खिलाफ आज ऐशबाग की जाम मस्जिद में क्यूआर कोड स्कैन कराया गया. इस मस्जिद के इमाम मौलाना खालिद रशीद फरंगी महली द्वारा बताया गया AIMPLB ने अवाम की आसानी के लिए जुमे की नमाज के बाद पूरे देश में पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड ने अपील की है तमाम इमामों से सभी लोग इस पर रोशनी डालें.

Any private property given to waqf ( given to God ) by any individual in India .. goes under the control of the Waqf board .. there are 32. 'Waqf board established by the Govt of India under the Waqf act .. so ultimately the GOI controls the Waqf properties ... The GOI has made a mess in the management of Waqf properties and has defeated the very purpose for which any property is made Waqf ... Out of 8.68 lakh waqf properties on 8.5 lakh acres ... Hardly any revenue is generated. Wakf board does not have the Power to evict any body who has occupied Wakf land by Politics or by force or by Land Mafia --- matter goes to Court --- and the matter is pending --- Besides Politicians ( mainly Hindus ) -- Government is the main occupier --- There are several Govt offices on Waqf land -- giving measly rent of 10 rs -- 20 rs etc --- BJP ek -- Gujju -- Bania -- Marwadi --- Real Estate Broker --- commission agent --- ki Party hai --- inki nigaah hamesha zameen par rahti hai ---- Maybe they are trying to regularise the occupied Wakf lands --- which No Muslim will agree to -- as the property once given to Allah cannot be taken back ---- What the Govt can do .. is fix a reasonable rent on the occupied properties .... money which should go for economic and social betterment of Muslim community .. which is the actual and nobel intention of making any property waqf . ... A b Quadri .. India
