Beautiful arrangement, Matt! Can you say something about the strumming, it looks like a mix of fingerpicking and strumming, i'm having a hard time telling which to do when..

Thanks! I'm doing a sort of "pluck-strum" for most of the song, where I have a finger (thumb for the G string) on each string and pluck them all together. During the B section (or bridge) I'm strumming with my thumb on each beat and muting the chord with my hand so it doesn't ring out. There are a few times throughout the song where I switch from plucking to strumming just for a few strums, usually during a transition but you should be able to ignore those if you want and just pluck. Hope this helps!

I love your style. I've downloaded it but I am sooo new and don't understand how to read the notes and how to pick. I would love to learn this song. I've tried following along but the picking part is not clear. I've only been playing less than a year and have a lot to learn. What are you doing with your fingers when you are picking for someone who hasn't learned how to read music?

Most of the time I'm plucking the strings together with one finger assigned to each string. So the thumb plucks the G string, the index finger the C string, middle finger E string, ring finger A string. It takes some practice to get this technique down, but hopefully this helps.
