Why do I see so many ridiculous, tiny characters? Does it change how certain animations play or something?

+Shelton Burnadeski I've always though the same, but its usually makes a smaller hit box, thus making tiny characters hard to hit as some players click rather than tab targeting which in a group situation takes longer, also tiny character give the illusion of running faster(running animation looks quicker)
