Thank you for the perfect timing of this video, I look forward to watching more of Deepa's videos! I'm diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, but have had flare ups of uveitis, panniculitis, and costochondritis. This past year, I've lost large patches of hair around my temples and creeping up my hairline. This is the AIP wakeup call I've needed, thank you both so much ❤

Please don’t be discouraged about the AIP if your hair does not regrow. I’ve been on AIP for years now and once I hit menopause my hair stopped growing back. It isn’t always fixed with diet. My overall inflammation is way down but even though I’ve been losing and regrowing hair for 30 years it is no longer filling in.

Very true - great point! Remind me again why you're still doing AIP though? Is it a modified one where you've reintroduced some things hopefully?

@@MicheleSpring yes, it is modified but I have chronic, congenital symptoms that are alleviated by a diet low in inflammatory foods. I also eat a modified low FODMAP diet.
