Within three months returned under warranty. When it worked it did a great job but the units are still not reliable enough. Cleaning time reduced to one hour from three and would just die in the middle of the pool. Returned no questions asked, since I’m sure they get many of these returned. Just pray that your warranty doesn’t lapse.

Hi yeah still working well. I use it most often just in floor cleaning mode. I use the wall mode every third time. Have had no issues so far. I do make a point of getting it out of the pool as soon as it is done and washing it with tap water. I'm happy so far.

I purchased this robot $799.99. 3 month later battery is not charging, customer service is the worst. No phone line to call only email support and 3 days waiting a reply and no answer. Stay away too expensive to risk it.

It's just a robotic vacuum mate. Chlorine tabs if you use them go in the filter net.

I can tell you the wall cleaning is useless. 90% of the time it can’t get onto the vertical.

@@NakaNakaDerkaDerka Yeah I would agree mate. Like in all honesty not the same cleaning as a dolphin but it's 1/3 of the price so I'm not in all honesty expecting it to be as good. I just didn't want to spend 3k on what I purchased for 1.1k 5 years earlier. My wages have not tripled in the past 5 years?
