I have the surfer s1 and it is horrible. It gets stuck on the pool loungers and glitches all the time. Returning it and am now ordering the Betta SE

My aiper s1 surfer keeps on going in circles and stays on the perimeter? Is it because my pump is on? My friend has the betta and he says he doesnt have this problem and he keeps his pump on.

Do you really use the manual mode or is it just a gimmick? Seems like it should just be thrown into the pool and let it clean automatically.

The remote connect for both the Aiper and Betta has a delay. I have the Betta and never use the remote. I just let the Betta do its job on its own.

The app connectivity is nice to check the battery. But takes power for added features. Which ever one has better solar charging, plug in charging, longest run time is key

I completely disagree with you. The Betta works better than the Surfer. I have both, and the Surfer is a pain to clean compared to the Betta SE. Nobody uses the silly app for the Surfer or the remote for the Betta. The electric charge port on the Surfer shorts out, because it is too low to the water line, whereas the Betta SE Plus is kept dry inside.

I have a Betta skimmer and really like it but I purchased a Surfer S1 because I live in a windy area and any wind would keep the Betta on one area of the pool. I canceled the Surfer S1 after I found the Beatbot AquaSense Pro. I wanted something a bit more heavy so the wind wouldn’t blow it. The AquaSense has been amazing for me, cleans the pool and skims it all at once

As much as I appreciate your review, I had to quit watching because of how many times you say the word “here”. Seriously. Watch for yourself and count. I was writing them down until my arm snapped off after a few minutes
