If you're an average student don't take him literally. A good and focused person may only need 2hrs but an average person with limited focus needs to put in more hours! From what I can see, he is very bright and more importantly focused and disciplined.

you're kind of correct . What I feel is consistency is the key , I mean if you are focussing on the same task for like 20 months , even 2-3 hours per day is more than sufficient . It reduces the pressure + risk factor becomes very negligible .

Correct bro....I was studying 10-16 hrs a day after 4 months end up with 160 BP, migrane. Believe me my health situation was so worse that I had to quit smoking which I was trying to quit since 3 yrs ki ye last waali hai...nowdays I just drink a lot water, exercise daily and most importantly I do watch a lot comedy videos just to keep myself happy👍

The fact is everyone has different life the way he lived and got surroundings and company of people lifestyle all matters some students are pressurized by their parents. As he mentioned nightout, party all these things are basically necessary to keep balance for mental health. But some parents are too strict to allow all these stuffs. They force them to just study which develops unusual fear in them.
