Dont get fooled. Very unfriendly and rude staff overall. Being a woman myself, I'm sorry to say that specially female staff was very rude and not willing to inform me, help or answer questions. At the checkin, the airline information centre, and managers too. Flight attendants were very kind and helpful. Planes are far from satisfactory, as they are Turkish Airlines old planes, with a change in logo. They operate Turkish Airline flights and charge for such, but have nothing in common with TA quality. On top of that, they mistagged one of my suitcases and put another passenger's name on it.
