Hi 👋🏽 Great Video 👏🏼 Eventually came across yr channel whilst searching for install videos for air suspension.. My Auto sleeper Stratford came with ALKO Air Top Suspension (very similar to the Martech) but after a couple of years instead of having the comfortable ride we were used to, the camper felt like it was grounding, and I noticed even though I topped up the air in the system after a short while there was no air left in the bellows/bags.. Having searched on the Auto-Sleepers owners forum, there were several people with the same issue.. It appeared that during the conversion Auto-Sleeprs had fitted the bellows upside down !! The design of the air bags was such that there was a standard nut and bolt used to secure the air bag to the body of the vehicle, which protrudes below the rim, and over time this had worn the rubber bellows/bag and caused it to leak, then puncture 😤 The ASOF said that Auto-sleeprs were aware of this and a Re-call on the Air Top suspension fitted incorrectly was in place.. I contacted them and arranged for a time when we could drive to their headquarters so they could replace.. They completed the new install FOC.. When I looked underneath the Camper, they had installed the new units, but used the same standard nut & bolt, but with the head of the bolt facing into the rubber bellows, instead of the longer end of the bolt, which I was suspicious of at the time 🤔 Long story short the bellows/bags failed again !! When I contacted them they simply refused to replace them and said that it was down to "Operator error" for not keeping sufficient air in the bellows to ensure the protruding bolt did not make contact with the bellows.. I explained that during the winter months when the van was in storage (and unaccessible) the air in the system naturally escaped and the bellows became deflated, causing the issue, and that using standard nuts and bolts were a bad design.. After a few emails and calls back and forth Auto-Sleeprs just stopped replying to me.. 😡 Looking at comments on the Forum, ALKO have now redesigned the bellows/bags to be similar to the Martech ones you fitted, where there are no bolts protruding into the rubber air bag area.. Which brings me to the search for installing air bag installation videos.. I wanted to see how difficult it was, as im not mechanically minded, but yr video (simple, clear, concise) made me think it was within my capabilities, as all the pipework is already installed, and just the bellows need changing.. One thing you could help me with further, is showing me where the vehicle needs to be "Jacked Up" so as to take the pressure off the leafs while I change the bags ? The thought of being under the camper and working on the suspension scares the hell out of me 😆🧰 Many Thanks Ian PS - My base vehicle is a Peugeot Boxer, so the same as yr Ducato..

Hi Ian. With regards to jacking up I used the jacking points on the vehicle and didn’t remove the wheels. That way you can adjust the height to give you the space you need. Hope that helps

You keep referring to PSI when I think you mean BAR - 2 different things, albeit related
