Thank you, very helpful video. My regulator was leaking and very difficult to turn, almost seized. Inside was completely caked in sludge. Cleaned everything out and lubed up the o-rings and it works great again.

Thanks for making this video. I have the same PC compressor and luckily just cleaning out the regulator fixed mine. The smaller spring assembly was completely seized up.

Mr Fred, Quick question, Im having issues with the knob assembly. (it is no longer able to increase/decrease pressure). I have been searching the internet, but I cant seem to find the whole knob assembly or individual parts for the knob assembly. Any chance you can help?

If you have tried to the rebuild kit and it still gives you problems you can contact “ereplacement” parts .com to check availability of more of the internals. Parts are getting scarce these days! Thanks for watching!

Question every video I see on this compressor no one says what's wrong with it. No One turns on their compressor or gives us any idea of what their compressor is doing to make you want to repair it with this kit

Fair question! The “O” rings in the regulator wear out and begin leaking air so the compressor keeps kicking on endlessly!

@MrFredsDIY thank you I watch the video a few more times and tried to figure it out myself but that is the part I couldn't figure out the O-ring on the Piston. Apparently the compressor I got someone took the Piston the fan wheel and the bearing off of the compressor so I have to buy all of these parts I just couldn't figure out what was wrong with it until I look at your video closer thank you for replying
