Air compressor safety valve purging dd15. Purging noise from engine

Compressor safety valve was purging. Air line going to air dryer was clogged with ice. Heating element electrical plug on air dryer was bad. Replaced plug & heater element. Now it’s good

That's your safety valve on the compressor

It was building air, but if the clogging is worse , I doubt it will

I replaced the safety valve and it's still doing the same thing if not worse.

If safety value is purging then it’s working properly, something else is your problem probably heating element
