The filter has been switched around good catch 👌

Wrong conection of the vaccum advance. It must be connected on the vaccum port on the left hand of the carb (seen from rear of the car)

I actually attached it to that side first and for some reason it ran worse. So I hooked it up to that one instead and it seamed to run better. Any suggestions on why?
