Hey Mike! I'm currently in the process of joining the USAF myself. I'm going to MEPS this coming week and i'll be going in as an E3 and I've got my Security+ Certification ahead of time as well. I was hype to see Keesler was one of the tech schools i'll be going to for Cyber as I love the beach lol. How have things been going so far? Btw, You should definitely look into getting some Hey Dudes! They are awesome shoes and would be great to just wear casually when you need to wear them around the room or out and about.

Nice! Best of luck with it. Sounds like you're gonna be ahead of the curve in Tech School. I was there last year. Appreciate the recommendation! Those floors were disgusting.

Everything is pretty close, so I wouldn't worry about it. There is a shuttle as well.

Cross trained out of it. Great career field if you are into heavy equipment and concrete, though 😎

What was wrong with the TV?

It was connected to a motion detection outlet or something, and it kept shutting off after 15 minutes or so. They fixed it before I left, though

So if you cross train into a different career field that is also at Keesler, you will be in a room like this instead of a dorm?

Yes, or you will be staying off base if lodging is full
