Nagsagawa ng combined air patrol ang Philippine Air Force at United States Pacific Air Force sa West Philippine Sea bilang bahagi ng maritime cooperative activity ng dalawang bansa.
Layunin ng pagsasanay na palakasin ang interoperability ng dalawang puwersa para isulong ang kapayapaan at seguridad sa rehiyon.
