Did all bulkhead seats have the in-armrest screens or did some people have to use the screen way up high on the wall? Also, is there a built in footrest on the bulkhead (I thought I saw a footrest similar to a "shelf" on another video)? Anything you didn't like about that row? I saw another video review that scared me to book in the second or third row of PE in case the person in front of you fully reclines as the legroom disappears, the clearance to get out of the row to the bathroom is about the length of an iphone, etc. (great for the recliner, claustrophobic for the person behind).
