They seem to not like speaking English - fine - but they should refuse to take English speaking fares then. Too bad for me -- I have an upcoming International Flight and currently am booked on Polaris. HOWEVER with points - Air France would save me a decent bit of money. I'm actually ok with mediocre food - I expect that on planes. But conceited service....that would be hard for me.

That Air France plane was almost as dirty as one of our US carriers’ planes. US planes are filthy with embedded food crumbs and other awful substances all over the seats.

It's a shame that the airlines don't take the issue of cleanliness seriously ;)

What à bad image for Air France 😢 In the other hand St Marteen is a holiday destination... you will get neither this service nor this old type of aircraft on asian or american destinations

Oh my God there was a hurricane and they are reconstructing the airport and you whine about things are not perfect? There was a hurricane, man...

And about Air France flight attendants not speaking English: they are French. Why should they? I wonder how many American flight attendants speak French... Or you think French people paying money for American services do not have a right to be talked to in French? Only entitled Americans can expect to be talked to in English?
