Nice… thanks dor the recipes The only main difference though is the crunch factor of the crisps. With frying, its almost brittle yet satisfyingly crunchy and has that nice deepfried potato flavour profile. With airfying, its not as brittle but it is still crunchy. However the crunch it gives based on the sound is stale.
