Is this model easier to clean? The previous model stained easily. I was hoping Ninja would develop a coating that would withstand the splatter of grease or create a different interior that can allow oven cleaner to be used. The stains unfortunately baked into the older models. We still love our Ninja!

@@NinjaKitchenUS Thank you for the reply. I imagine some type of coating would add to the costs. To be honest, I’d pay the extra cost to have a solid interior that is more stain resistant or non-stick that would allow for easy cleaning. The previous model we have was a game changer for us. We use it more than our oven as it is quick to cook things and toasting waffles, bread, and bagels for three boys at once is great! With that said, if the price was even $100 more for an easier to clean model, I’d pay for it and I am sure others would too. Thank you for taking the feedback.

I don't have this yet, but I have been watching some reviews on KZbin and it seems like the smaller one is more of a hassle to remove stuff like toast. It seems like the extended height would make it slightly more convenient to get foods out. Also, the larger version comes with more cooking features

Mine came with skewers but the are too long to stand upright. They seem to be made for a different machine. But on QVC it says this model comes with skewers. And where does the thermometer and it’s case go when not in use?? It does not have anywhere it slides into.

Thank you for your question, Jamie! Once the Ninja Foodi Dual Heat Air Fry Oven has cooled. Unplug it and use warm, soapy water and a soft cloth to wash the interior. Please avoid using abrasive cleaners, scrubbing brushes, or chemical cleaners, as they will damage the oven. Please know, the interior and crumb tray should be cleaned after every use or grease build up will be harder to clean overtime.

Hello Mike. We can only recommend cleaning the crumb tray by using a damp cloth in warm soapy water. You can let them soak overnight in hot soapy water to clean them as well.

Toast looks great but, is extremely hard. Maybe it's due to the Toast option removing all of the moisture out of of the bread. Any ideas why? Thanks again

Air frying is baking with a fan. It's basically a mini convection oven. If you want to bake and air fry at the same time, so long as they require the same temp, you can do both in any air fryer or convection oven.

I have their Ninja foodi indoor grill and I read comments on KZbin where people said to use avacado oil spray because it has a higher heat tolerance and won't smoke. Not sure if avacado oil is approved for this toaster or not though

Great question, J&B, the Ninja Foodi 13-in-1 Dual Heat Air Fry Oven width flipped up is 15.33" W.

Their answer of 15.3" is wrong. That's how far it sticks out from your back wall to the front of it, when flipped down for use. The WIDTH doesn't really change if flipped up or down. It is 19" wide, but 20" if you include the handle on the left side of the lid. I'm talking about the 301 model, which looks to be the model that is in this video. Also referring to the full object, externally, not the specs of the internal 'oven'.

Possibly because you are cooking with oils that are too low-temperature, like olive oil...? Using high-temp oils, like avocado.
