Sprouts are hard to find here lately, so sad. I do like them. Thanks for the idea. We plan on getting an air fryer after we move.

I’ll try your seasoning to change it up. I usually use avocado or olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper and a bit of salt. The air fryer is an awesome way to cook the sprouts. I’ve also done a fresh (not fermented) pickled Brussels sprouts. Blanch them crisp tender first then put them in the brine. So good!

They look lovely! My sister makes cauliflower in the air fryer in much the same way, and it's quite delicious.

I am doing a little research to buy an air fryer. I've never had one but I think I would really enjoy one. The sprouts look wonderful. I'm loving the big cottage cheese bread trend that seems to be all over the internet at the moment. High protein and very low carbs. More like a wrap type bread. However, I did see a typical loaf type bread made with cottage cheese. Haven't tried that yet. We're in a heat wave for the next week where I live so that curbs my appetite. lol It really does though. Take care, love your channel.

Hey from Eastern Europe where we eat helluva lot of cottage cheese/quark/tvorog and dairy in general. If you don't have swelling issues with it, during summer do try your cottage cheese with seasonal fruit, berries (or herbs and produce), add greek yoghurt or low-fat creme/smetana to moisten it to your liking. No baking needed and it is a very satisfying and fresh breakfast/lunch option 🖤

@@VerminaeSupremacy I will try it, sounds delicious. I've been making flat bread with cottage cheese an egg and grated cheddar cheese. Sometimes I add garlic and oregano to it too. Recipe is in a lot of places online. I live in the Northeast of the US.

I love Brussel sprouts, I tend to steam veggies and annihilate them off the planet, under a mountain of white pepper.

Hey James….. she’s just taste tested enough desserts to put a diabetic into a coma. I have to admit I can’t do Brussel sprouts. I was traumatised as a child

Did you pronounce oregano the American way so the Americans wouldn’t leave comments? 😂 I saw Pulpy say it’s difficult for him to find them. Maybe because he’s in the tropical part of Australia, but they are everywhere in the cold part of Australia. I’ve been eating heaps of them recently as we are now getting the winter crops. I actually cook mine with butter and pancetta sometimes , but I’m not overweight so I’m allowed to.

Haha no, it's vestiges of my Italian background because that's how we pronounced it when I was younger.
