Despite my nervousness, I successfully cooked and seasoned shrimp from frozen today in my air fryer! I used COOKED medium shrimp both peeled and deveined. I seasoned the shrimp with avocado oil, garlic powder, lemon pepper, and kosher salt. I even checked the temperature with a thermometer. Cooked at 400F for 3 min., stir and season more, then 400F for 2 minutes. Turned out great! Thanks for the insight and inspiration!

Despite my nervousness, today I finally boiled my first egg ever!! I was so excited and scared at the same time… I brought an entire pot of water to a boil, Oh wow, and then gently placed an egg directly from the refrigerator into the pot of boiling water. I simmered the egg for 13 minutes, Oh my sweet Jesus, and then I both timidly and terrified took the boiled egg out of the water and placed on a dish. I peeled the egg, honey don’t burn yo fingertips, and OH MY GOD!!!! Boiled egg PERFECTION!!!! I like to season my boiled egg with black pepper and Old Bay seasoning. Besides the boiled egg farts that came about 3 hours later, it was a pleasurable experience!!!!

@@MelanieCooksRecipes I'm glad I bought a large bag of shrimps. I put in 14 of them , I had to oil and Old Bay season them. Took 9 minutes , tossed them in the middle. These were supposed to be for my work break meal for tomorrow night. I ate them all. So thankfully I had more of them in the freezer. Had to make a second batch. Very easy to make! 🦐

I always put 2 Table spoons of olive oil or whatever oil you use like vegetable, canola, corn for example in the bottom pan, then cook up whatever your making. You definitely see and taste the difference. I believe the owners manual recommended it. In fact, I have 2 pounds in the freezer right now. Going to fire it up right now!!!! 😃 🍤 over vegetables and rice!!! 😋

Lady Melanie, I KNOW this procedure works, as I've done it now for 6 or more times? But if I may ask, how would this procedure be used when air-frying frozen Bay-Scallops? Can it be done?
