We usually have lamb or a ham, never a spiral ham those things are awful, a real ham with a bone so you can make pea soup later on. I also put butter into a lamb mold for the table. Asparagus is always a plus for vegetable. If we have Lamb, it's oven roasted potatoes and with ham it's homemade mashed potatoes and I also make a delicious ham gravy with raisins. Your oven fry rack of lamb looks great I will try it. I enjoy your videos thank you.

Thank you, Chef Mia. Really excellent recipe for rack of lamb and equally excellent presentation. I want to make a rack of lamb this week-end and I'll definitely use you recipe.

I'm confused you said your air frying it but you set it to roast ??
@CookingwithCosori2 жыл бұрын
Hi there! On our COSORI air fryers, we have different presets that automatically set your machine with the correct cooking time and temperature. The preset I used to this recipe was the "Roast" preset. Hope this helps clarify! Happy cooking! - Chef Mia

@@CookingwithCosori still confused your video says your areair frying so your actually roasting not air frying
@CookingwithCosori2 жыл бұрын
Hi there! We're still air frying. The machine itself is an air fryer. Regardless of what preset you choose to use on any air fryer model in the market, you're still going to be air frying. It's a bit confusing and a little ridiculous, but that's just how air fryer models name their presets. An air fryer is just a mini convection oven so technically anything we do in an air fryer would also translate to oven cooking regardless of the name of the function on that oven. Hope this helps! There is no need to cut out the fat, just to put so much butter afterwards. Unnecessary effort and money and makes no sense. Moreover this is raw meet, It needs more time
@lordingus21 күн бұрын
at least 2x too much butter, and 6 min? lolol.

You dont know how to cook lamb......Check how they cook it in Greece....... Lamb is not beef it needs to be cooked 100% ..Not rear.....
@winstonreed6552 жыл бұрын
The amount of oil and butter is not only ridiculous but totally unnecessary...not to say how unhealthy it is. Have made it many times with just herb coating and a spritz of EVOO...perfect.

Hi Winston! Thank you for your feedback! It's true that one does not need to us as much butter as I did in the video, however this recipe is still tried and true! However you cook lamb, as long as it ends up delicious and to your preference, that's the best way to do so! Happy cooking! - Chef Mia

Hi there! We're sorry to hear that you do not enjoy rare or medium rare cooked lamb! To get the lamb to be well done, cook it for 10-12 minutes in the Dual Blaze. Happy cooking! - Chef Mia
