You should cook sirloin hot and fast. Preheat af at 400f for 5 min..dry your seak before cooking. Rub on a thin layer of olive oil add s and p. Cook for 6 min then flip for 6 more. Let rest 5 min. Will give youu a medium steak that has a nice sear.
