You no need to preheat . If you still want to preheat then before cooking anything simply preheat for 5mins . Simply adjust the timer & set the temp Then turn on the device Thats it If you like the video then do subscribe to my channel

Hello, thank u for the review. How many leg and thigh pieces will fit into it. Like the pieces u have used in jerk chicken recipe. My 4 ltr philips fits only two pieces. I need a bigger one. So asking. Pls reply.
