Great videos! I just started in career mode and I am trying to build reputation. The cargo jobs are pretty straight forward and I have started to fly Ad-hoc passengers on the same flights as long as I have space available. Any advice on how I can continue to build up rep to do additional things? I have 42 cargo rep but only 28 overall rep at the moment. I am guessing I need 40 rep overall before some of the other options like AI pilots and loans start to unlock.

You got it. When you start on a harder mode with the rep less than 40 it's definitely more of a grind. Having said that, my next video is going to cover Passenger Routes. They are best flown by AI pilots but you can also fly them yourself if you want.

If you mean in MSFS itself, no they aren't. They are tracked within the app though (from memory)

When you assign two pilots (e.g. airliner), we have to assign two pilots ; Captain and FO. What happens to the MTOW of pilots. Is the Captain's one is to be considered or do we need to average ?

Hi Rahal, in that situation my understanding is that if they hold a type rating for that aircraft they will be okay to fly (will need to test but both pilots by having the type ratings should automatically have sufficient MTOW capacity)

Does AH simulate your pilots in XP? If you were to assign that job to victoria, then go to the airport yourself, could you wave her goodbye as she thundered up the runway?

A pilots life gives you flights to fly and then pays you. Imagine you work for a company. Ah you manage the company. I have got both. Pilots life for pilots. Ah manager and can fly.
