They don't consider 10+2 with open schooling as well I really don't understand the reason behind this DGCA wants 10+2 from recognised board/university...and NIOS is recognized & government authorized board.

All TATA group airlines has same criteria to select....when i attended vistara's interview even though there were less candidates they rejected because they are 0.2kg overweight....no doubt they are very strict about the grooming.

Hey mam maine bahut TRy kara Apne hath mein Jo mark hai use hide karne ka but still vah visible ho hi ja raha hai black black thoda thoda because ham koi bhi chij ko fully toh cover nahin kar sakte hain and agar main Orange colour corrector use kar rahi hun before concealer and foundation on that particular mark to orange orange khud hi alag hi highlight ho rahi hai vah jagah Maine sab kuchh TRAI kar liya acche se blind bhi kara sab kuchh TRAI kar liya but kuchh nahin Ho pa Raha halka fir bhi dikh ja raha hai so what can I do now ?? 😢😭

@@deetibisht5783 don't panic dear...isse aapke overall performance m effect hoga . Look I suggest you ki jitna bhi possible ho rha h karo..baki atleast go for interview.. Really depends on luck sometimes.. Who knows aap select ho jaao...who knows wo mark HR se ignore ho jaaye.. Right?? So it's better to give a try with full confidence and faith.. Yes I gave the interview they are rejecting without any reason they rejected in thirld round which was screening round they said you looks sleepy today.

I would like to share my experience i had attended the interview in kochi for aix n i got rejected in the 2nd round for my some hairs in hand and i accept i didn't wax properly so they rejected me but after 2 days i recieved the mail of banglore interview n i went there there was approx 50 girls n they were conducting the first round and in second round they rejected me again n for no reason whatever happened in kochi interview i did wax j grommed myself well n still got rejected.. even the girls whos grooming was much much better than mee waa rejected n hardly 15 girls were selected from 50 candidates..idk what they are looking for in candidates

I think 15 is a good ratio couz they don't select this much girls in Delhi .

I am saying because i faced that please be respectful to others.

@@aanandsharma8816 hey buddy...i was there and also met her. Greeted and wished her.. she got rejected in bmi round how uh can expect? That she have correct knowledge of further rounds??.... She made video by observing candidates and asking about further rounds so ya ..those who didn't face any rejection in personality didn't know that they are choosen ( they may think everyone is getting slip)..i am not saying bad about anyone..i am just saying there is mis communication and lack of proper knowledge i was there i got rejected because of that . that's why i know..🙂
