Madam air india mein changes aa rhe hai wo dhire dhire ayenge aise achanak se sab kuch change nahi ho sakta hai that you also know very well, goodies wali baat, recently mai emirates mein travel kiya in both their 777 and a380, jab side wale passenger ne bacche ke liye goodies bag manga they striclty denied for it.

I wholeheartedly agree with the video's criticism. My expectations were high for AirIndia after Tata's takeover, but they've completely let me down. My flight from Vienna to Bangalore was delayed, making me miss my connecting flight in Delhi. The next available flight they're offering me to Bangalore isn't until a day later. It's absurd-I'm traveling from Delhi to Bangalore, not across continents. Now, I'm stuck spending an entire day in Delhi because of AirIndia's dismal service. To add insult to injury, when I reached out to their customer service for assistance, I was met with nothing but incompetence. They were utterly unhelpful, leaving me stranded and frustrated. This situation is unacceptable and a stark indication of how low their service standards have sunk.

I had worst experience when flight was cancelled and AI only pretending something going on but midnight inform flight cancelled alternative flight was too odd no accomodation no food sone co passenger even visa going to expire no sympathy from staff. Never book AI when travelling to india.
