I’m very pleased with the Black Cement 3. Very pleased that they aren’t pre-aged so it’s a buy for me. Liking the metallic 5s also. I would have liked them in leather because that nubuck material looks ashy.

Great vid as always Brian. Not too upset with most of the scrapped Jordans except the Black Cat 5s. Considering how hyped people were on those its a bit baffling a decision , ntm considering other than OGs and collabs most other AJ5s sit (even iconic non-OGs like the Burgundy and Green Beans sat). The Black Cats would have def sold out , so i do hope Jordan brand reconsiders their stance on those. The Black Metallic 5s do look good to me , only thing i believe its to try and counter the aging / yellowing but especially the outsole and even in some pics the side cage have the extra blue hue. Believe the 2016s had that as well (certainly their outsole) which i was not too keen on. But def still copping either way.

Yea those black cat 5 would have done well, people would have ate them up. Hopefully we see those eventually release one day. I think you’re right about that. The tint will help with the aging. I just don’t like the look, but understand why they use it

🔥🫡 video as usual; one thing I’d caution (for anyone) when there’s talk of Nike “disappointing people” by ‘canceling’ pairs… we’re conflating LEAKS (well-sourced they may be) with actual company announcements. People need to stop getting their hopes so high on LEAKS. Dealt with this a ton in the consumer electronics space for years (*cough* Apple *cough*). If a colorway or even silhouette gets scrapped, it just is what it is - especially if it wasn’t officially on the docket in the first place. 🤷🏾‍♂️
