Respect to yah on the pick ups but I gotta be honest, post like these make me a lil heated (not you personally) because I tried 6 raffles and online pick ups didn't do FCFS because people camped overnight and I have a family n kids so that was not happening and took all Ls🤬 How did you all hit?

@@jcolley82 I felt that way for the lost & found jordan 1! But I didn’t have my hand in 20 potential places like this one. I am definitely seeing that it was like feast or famine on this drop. I have been going hard for drops since 2018 after many years of not going for anything. But I think because of my level of activity at copping and learning how to, I was very fortunate this time. But I definitely feel the same way when I’m unsuccessful at copping many drops. I do believe luck is a major roll as well. And hearing this response would not make me feel better about it. I just wanted you to know my truth. My humble apologies for being that guy. Peace and blessings.

Naw man celebrate those victories👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I don't go for many releases any longer as I have had zero luck on raffles and such but the things I don't want I'll or need I'll see on the shelve and be surprised because it's so rare to see stuff that you can touch lol. I went against me believes and went for resale unfortunately for this one as I had to make an exception for the White cements, I've been wanting these forever and seeing that I have no plans buying or WA ting anything else this year, I figured I'd put it all towards 1 potential SOTY. Im still not pleased about it but atleast I got em 🤷🏾‍♂️🤓😎 Happy hunting✌🏽️

After seeing all the posts online about how poor the qc is for this shoe I was incredibly happy with the pair I got. Elephant print wasn’t perfect but like you said I’m just happy my pair match haha. Great Video G!

Nice comparison. A few things I noticed: 4:53 - you can see the UA's sticking along the mud guard isn't straight. 5:54 - the front midsole is taller in dimension on the UA. 6:13 - corner of the elephant print meet the top of the midsole where the black paint ends, and it extends beyond on the UA. The tongue are thicker/more cushion under the redlining on the UA's. My first pair are arriving from GOAT tomorrow...no idea if they will be legit, just hope they look good!

Yeah, I prefer the OG shape and lighter elephant print, but option B looks really good. I wonder if the boxiness could be fixed by massaging the toe box? This seems to work on AJ1s.

Yep the “Shape” is what makes or breaks the Jordan 3 and I’m glad they went back to the 88 shape instead of that boxy “Skateboard shoe”. 😂 I was only able to get 1 retail W but when it came to the Fire Red 3s I tripled up with no problem. The “Hypebeasts” came out for these joints…🙄😒 I might have to pay resell for a couple more, glad the price is “Bricking” probably can grab em for $260 each .. Good video Yo ✌🏾

I took a hard L on these I put in raffles, got exclusive access on snkrs but missed it, got finishline EA but couldn't get passed que, got snkrs pass, DSG raffle and still ended up with nothing. One of the only shoes I planned on getting this year I may have to pay resell which I rarely ever do. I do wish the UA factories would update the mold on these and get the more rounder toe box that JB has been using as of late (Fire Red 3's). Great comparison video!!!

Dude this sounds like my exact same struggle to a T😒 I tried everything had friends and family jump in with me on the raffles as this is the only shoe I wanted in the last two years retail (UA hasn't perfected the 3 shape yet) and it was all Ls😞 I figured resale was my last resort and pulled the trigger🤦🏾‍♂️ I'm in 🇨🇦 so prices are higher and we have much less supply so yeah the struggle is real🙄

@@jcolley82 Yes I struck out everywhere all while some were saying they were on their 2nd-5th pair. The Lost & Founds were easier than these I hit on snkrs and finishline EA and those are more sought after than these. Bots and resellers came out in droves for these and are loaded with multiple pairs. Your right with the UA 3's they can't seem to get them right shape and EP is still off even on the top tier pairs.

I’m not gonna lie the quality on the elephant print on these are inconsistent af and I hate that boxy shape too which is why I hate the last black cement release because it was way boxy and leather was horrible. Nike charging more for bad quality shoes

Man, the inconsistency was real with this release. MK check what pairs you have, LN3 and LN4 are made in China. VW1 were made in Vietnam, those seem to be the pairs with the least amount of QC issues.

Well me personally if I have a crisp white shoe I want it to remain like that. Once it ages like this I don’t want anymore. When it’s intentionally done it works. I think it has to do with them using sail so much it has gotten me use to the aged look

What?! Bro, everytime you do a video, you NEED TO SAY "inconsistencies." That is not indicative of a good quality product, or manufacturing. I grew up in the 80's and 90's and can remember this not being an issue, and companies today are a farcry from what they used to be and how they operated. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Inconsistencies are a "NO - GO." Especially, when bringing back a classic.

If you want a near identical product on every pair you ain’t paying 210 champ. That’s a cost factor for meticulous craftsmanship. @@mkthetruth80 Before 2000, if I had opened a box to a badly mis matched pair of shoes, as the 3's have been rolling out, I would've made the store associate get me another pair. Shoes aren't supposed to come that poorly executed. I love Jordan's, but these were not executed well. Sure, some minor quality defects are acceptable, but mis matching prints or one shoe faded and crooked labeling or stitching.. nah. If you wanted to purchase a brand new car, would you accept defects comparative to this? I didn't think so. It's about principle, not whether or not other people will notice it. That's an excuse to get away will poor manufacturing.

And that's exactly what I said, if Nike wants to charge premium prices they need to make premium shoes. Everyone drooling over Lost and Founds even with the mold, leads Nike to believe they can getaway with pretty much anything along as the branding is there. But I'm old school, just got back into the sneaker game about a year ago, focusing on my career and improving myself, I was glad to hear these were coming out, but was soon disappointed once reviews started coming.
