Got my shock drop pair on Monday and as a og at 54 these are my first ever pair of military blue 4's and I am really excited to have them. I have the reimagined black cement/breds 4's as well and prefer them over the military blues. Great video and review.

i got them on the shock drop and i love them. they are definitely different in person than online, but ive got the 2012 pair as well and having them side by side, its a huge difference in the color alone. but im glad to have them both! great review as always, you're always keeping it positive!

Really good review fam. My favorite color is also blue and since this is an og cw this has to be a must cop. I took a big L on the shock drop and will be entering as much raffle as I can in order to secure a pair. If all fail then, unfortunately I will have to go to the secondary market place. Cheers.

When I got mine this past monday from the shock drop I was disappointed about the leather but I got over that I just put some light grey laces on mine and they look fire, my qc was cool though but alot of pairs are gonna have issues especially when they're making over a million pairs. First of all - always enjoy the vids my man! And secondly, I think you’re the first person (I’ve seen) to have the same issue close to the same spot - on my pair. I’ve kinda just tried to say the heck with it, they’re just going to feet asap. Yet it is incredibly hard not to stare directly at it/knowing it’s there without me doing it. But yes mine is like a circular glue stain/scuff mix right on the very front of the toe about the size of a quarter🤦🏻‍♂️. But def feel the same way you do. Anyway, so sorry for being long winded. I actually took the usual sz13 L on my phone but shoutout to the wifeys for always hitting!?? Haha. Very thankful to even have them though! Dope review man. These are a classic. I was on the fence about these. After I was able to get the reimagined bred 4s I knew I needed to chase after this pair. Unfortunately I missed on the shock drop. Hopefully JD does exclusive access. That’s how I got the bred 4s. It sucks about the glue stain. It looks painful. If you aren’t able to double up, this makes it easier to wear them and not go crazy over every spec of dirt they will inevitably attract and accumulate. D!!! How are you my friend!? Yeah… I can understand people being real mad about the glue stain, but it kind of reminds me of when I got my truck and I saw a dime size scratch on the door. At first I thought “this is unacceptable!” Then I thought “well I don’t have to be nervous about putting the first scratch on it.” The truck is a freaking great machine and the scratch doesn’t change that. At least I secured a dope pair of OGs. I bet I can get a good left shoe at finish line. Hope you can get a clean pair of these and that life is treating you right. Good hearing from you bro. My shock drop pair came in flawless but I agree with you. If I had multiple pairs I’d try to make the best match for personal and move the other(s) unless all pairs were for personal 😂

Excellent addition to the collection Mr. Butter. The misses never misses ⭐. The QC issues are to be expected on every sneaker to me if I'm honest. Don't notice the stain at all. If it's made by a machine, there will be something here and there. Overall, it's a good looking sneaker. I was going to pass, but for summer, I think I can get a ton of wear out of it with jeans. They don't compare at all to the reimagine breads...NIKE knocked those out the park. They are definitely sneaker of the year for me. Keep up the great content 👍🏾

I hit up my plug to grab a pair and I’ll have it by Wednesday i’m excited to get this pair and I’m still gonna grab another pair from JD finish line for me this sneaker started it all for me blue is my favorite color. The 4 is one of my favorite silhouettes now all we really need is the white cement to retro again it’s been eight years. I’m not sure if you could remove the glue stain with a cleaner or a eraser-Kara

I will be tripling up on the military blues! I doubled on the bred 4 reimagined because that is my favorite shoe of all time. But I also love the military black because you can wear those shoes with almost any outfit. I just wish the military black had the Nike air on the back instead of the jump man! 😔 I am an OG so give me the Nike air on the back over the jump man every time

Glue stain will brush out with the Swede brush. Just keep swiping at it back n forth and it will brush out

Try using a standard white eraser to remove glue stains, it’s worked on my pairs just make sure you have a blue light while using the eraser, so you don’t go too far🇦🇺🇺🇸✌️

Damn im.now convinced Nike shock drops feels like B grades. This has happened too many times to ignore. There's something to it for sure. Think about it, release date pushed back, then moved up, ovwr a million pairs etc. Also dont understand how we get better leather on BRED 4s but get the convalescent home leather on the Military Blue at the same price point. Someone at Nike don't have their shit together and needs to be fired. Prices too high for all this inconsistency for real.

This shoe is meant to wear and look vintage so the glue stain not a big deal. Just use a suede eraser and wear them and they will look amazing

Brush out the glue stain before you water repel it. I had glue smudges on my military black and it brushed right out with the Swede brush without damaging it at all.

I can’t lie, it’s a dope colorway, but they could’ve done better on the materials. When I have them and the Pine Greens in hand together, you can see the mark was missed. Not terrible quality, but failing into comparison to both the Pine’s and the Bred’s when it comes to the leather and the suede. You just mentioned it as I’m typing this 😂.

Very dissapointing shoe. The uppers arent white, they have a crappy grayish or blue tint. There are 3 shades of blue (midsole, back tab, and eyelets) The grey wing is a bad shade too. We deserved better!
