Sam, on behalf of all Mauritians, I would like to apologise for the cold cabin crew (and bad food!). Air Mauritius is a 4-star airline which has an excellent safety record, on-time performance, great after-sales services and even good prices. What they are only missing is a genuinely smiling and caring crew (and good food). The day Air Mauritius decide to work on that, it will become a 5-star airline. Last month I was in Business Class, and they ran out of chicken. Thank you Sam for making me discover the Christian Lacroix amenity kit which they refused to give me as a business class passenger. Hats off to the pilots who are one of the best in the world, the landing was so soft that the kid did not even woke up!

I've been watching sam's videos for a while now and i can say he wasn't fully honest or impressed if impressed at all with the food and other aspects of the flight such as the entertainment system, wifi on board and the customer service...P.S: kudos to the pilots for an amazing landing though.

Flew MK in September/October from KL via Singapore to Rèunion via MRU as no direct flights from Oceania to RUN. Had the pleasure of trying MKs 339s, 359 and Atr72. Including this partic. aircraft Chagos Archipelago. The A339 is my new favourite aircraft. So much more comfortable than the larger 359. Air Mauritius is a great airline, can't wait to travel them again? The only let down? The immigration queues and surliness of the officers at SSR airport. Such a contrast to the warm, friendly and efficient mauriciennes.

Yes......same feelings after watching the videos.Besides, I think the cabin crews serving economy class is much warmer and caring than the crew serving business class from the performance of this v-log. 5-Star service is not easy to reach, and it requires high-level and precise management for an airline. Hope Air Mauritius could make progress in the future.
