Thanks for the upload. As you say, Air New Zealand’s Premium Economy looks to be a winner. Delta’s was the worst I’ve ever experienced, though I’ve heard they’ve improved recently, Air France was very good but this ANZ seems to be the best. You don’t give a date for your flight but if it was recently I’m surprised by the closed and empty shelves of the shops at Auckland Airport. The airports I’ve used over the past 6 months are all back to normal. Look forward to your return journey.

Hello! I have since returned and the SF to AU leg Via NZ is now on this Channel as well. Happy to report that the shelves were all full and airport almost to its pre Covid hustle.

why Is the tablet detached from the top of the seat, like normal airplane seats?

Hello. I've been trying to find pictures inside the plane of the premium economy bulkhead seats and the in flight entertainment screen, and I believe yours is the first I've found. Can you tell me about the TV screen? Does it pull out from under the seat, or where it is? It's obviously not on the wall in front of you, so I was worried there wasn't one at all. Also, what about the tray table - where does that pull up from? Thanks for the video!

Hi Jennifer, in the extended leg room seats; the very front ones in the section, the TV screen first flips out from the middle of two seats between the leg rests. Then it further unfolds to your desired angle. Checkout timestamp 02:31 of this video to see what the final form looks like. The tray table similarly flips out from the middle as of the arm rest. I have my return flight on the 22nd of Oct. I will be sure to cover this in my next video.

I appreciate the info, we are getting ready to book a flight to NZ and want to do premium economy and I’m just trying to get a sense of what the experience is like and how comfortable it is.

They have the Worst business class seat in the industry and you didn’t show much of the premium economy seat 💺?. So I can’t comment on that except to food looked good. Background music was nice but more flight information is needed.

food is not good on air nz mostly econmony food

@@hb9773 I have no complaints with the food. Premium economy had the same food as business class. It was absolutely amazing!
