Hi brother welcome back to KSA nice video. We have a Man TGA common rail engine, water leaking from the other cap of the coolant reservoir but not from the main cap where we fill coolant .may be this one also because of air compressor gasket

Hello bro.it was happend also in my truck unit.the problem is the header tank of the radiator.the other cap is only for breather.it must be no water comes in there.thanks bro.

Hi Sir,this engine is man tga 19.400.if there is air pressure in radiator of any man engine or even other engine.the most common cause is the deffective air compressor

عندي شاحنة مان ٤٦٠ كل راس على حدى تنقص ماء بشكل مستمر عندما افتح غطاء الزيت تقوم بنفخ بخار وعندما تعطس الهواء من المجفف ينقطع البخار من فتحة الزيت ارجو تحديد الخلل من اي مكان تماماً وشكراً ..

If there is no leak,check the air filter dryer if there is water.if there is water check the oring in the compressor same as mention in the video.thanks

Hello Brother i have 2007 MAN TGA 26.530 I top up water in radiator every day i get pressure in cooling system water comes out if radiator breather cap and same in your video when i open the cap. I replaced both compressor heads problem was solved for a week them i lose coolant again. Not as much now from the filler cap but from breather cap water still comes out. This compressor model i have does not have O ring. If i drive the truck with filler cap open/loose, it drives a bit longer without filling water but eventually i have to fill up. What could the problem be? EGR cooler system is blocked/deleted Thank you 🙏

Hello sir,it was also happened in the unit here that kind of problem before.we replaced radiator header tank.in your case maybe there still problem in the compressor.but also possible is the radiator header tank.

Sir check first the compressor again.just disconnect the air pipe line from compressor for not create air pressure.then start the engine and put in 1200 rpm and check the radiator breather cap if the water still come out or not.

Thank you very much brother. Before doing the compressor the truck was losing water when the engine is idling. After fixing compressor it only loses water from breather cap when i drive for a while and under load. I will check the compressor again anyway. Brother, the radiator and the header tank is all one piece correct? Have to change the whole unit? Thank you

Parts suppliers here in Australia are saying that this truck radiator model is one piece with the header tank! Cant just get the header tank by itself! I have however looked online and the header tank is available. I just want to make sure that it is the correct part before i order it
