Today on offensive breakdown, I break down NFL schemes that get covered by the likes of QB School and Brett Kollmann. That’s right, the spread offensive breakdown is seen in NFL offenses and are covered by the QB School and Brett Kollmann
Not NFL Offense, But brett kollmann breaks down NFL game film and offensives. This QB School like offensive breakdown goes deep into the NFL spread concepts and how high school football can use NFL style plays covered by brett kollmann and QB School

I came across this back in may when wanting to install this concept for my 7th grade team. We have a 9 game season I’ve been coaching for 17 years this year we went 8-1 and won our conference championship I can’t thank u enough I’ve seen multiple videos from u and it was so easy to learn and we all had a blast doin it. Snag corner for the win from the 9 yard line back pylon wide open thanks again

This video is a great example of how you should implement an offensive scheme. A lot of offensive skill position specific coaches tend to be a tad bit too “hush hush” when explaining the overall goal of the offense while teaching their athletes what their specific position is supposed to do inside of the scheme. Paint a picture everyone can understand, but most importantly paint a picture that can be explained by the person receiving the message!

Hey coach I just got my first high school assistant coaching job this spring. Luckily my head coach has decided to switch to a air raid passing attack. I was wondering if I could get cut ups of your passing game I would also love to know more about how you run your daily drills. I've been following you since 2017 and I'm excited for this season, I finally get to implement everything I've learned from your channel

First...CONGRATS coach! I know you're excited. Second, I don't have any cut ups of nothing but passes. But I do have a drill series on my channel. If you search for 'Air Raid drills' you'll see my stuff.

@@CoachMcKie awesome I appreciate it I'll look back through it. We had our summer jamboree today and overall played great now we just need to reinforce fundamentals and get as many reps as possible.

Appreciate your channel. I wanted to learn more about the Air Raid since Mike Leach is now the head coach of my favorite college team, and your Air Raid videos have been a huge help to understand this offense. Thank you.

Hey coach. I’m a middle school football coach and have learned a lot from the videos. Great content….can’t get enough. I love the simplification of the plays with high reps. Are you keeping everything to a 2x2 formation? Or are you keeping the same plays but also incorporating bunches, trips, or adjustments through motion? I’m trying to strike a balance between too many plays/formations but also wasn’t sure if your play limit was used within different formations.

Do you recommend this to a team with a QB that doesn’t really have zip on the ball, his deep throws look more like punts, and the the o-line doesn’t block very well either? Welcome to one of the worst 6A teams in our state.

There is definitely someone better at a 6a school then. You just have to find him.

I’m not a coach, just a parent of a student who is confused by what I’m witnessing. I’d like to offer some advice but I’m certain it would not be received well. QB is head coach’s son; unfortunately, it’s probably a common scenario regardless of state or division level. Maybe I should anonymously send a link to your website or KZbin videos? 😉 Thanks for the great content.

Miss State fan here just curious about the system. I have to say I’m a fan of the idea of simplifying the playbook, banging reps, and then just excelling on an individual level at your job. I think Leach is going to have a great year, by State standards, next year.

The air raid is just like any offense. If you block better than the defense can come off those blocks you are going to be successful. Period. We don't run the air raid offense. Though we do have some air raid principles in our offense. I can sum up the best game plan every single game plan...which just happens to be my offensive philosophy on one paragraph. Hell, in one sentence. I can even sum it up in two words...ATTACK SPACE. Some coach want to have a specific concept they are known for. They seek something powerful to hang their hat on and say, "off tackle power" or "deep verts" or "inside veer" "is our identity". Me, I am secure enough in myself to tell you that I am going to hang my hat on attacking you where I see an open part of the field...if it's deep down field on the sidelines, I'm throwing go routes, if you play five in the box in order to bracket my best receivers, I'm running inside zone, if it's you playing six in the box with a cover to shell I'm throwing stick or double slants...whatever you do, wherever you defend, I am attacking unoccupied grass. It's that simple. Why do coaches bang their heads against the wall to have an identity? Make this easy. Though I do run a complex offense where we have reads on some of our routes in most of our passing concepts and it's not smart to believe you can not defend deep on the other side of the field because I have QBs who can throw comebacks from the left hash to the sideline 15 yards deep and throw go routes to the bottom of the numbers on the left sidewalk from the right hash 45 yards down field. Because we work on that stuff.
