Va salut!
Aveti probleme cu aburirea geamurilor in sezonul rece, auziti anumite pocnituri in zona topedoului?
In aceasta filmare va voi prezenta o modalitate foarte simpla de inlocuire a clapetei de recirculare a aerului la un autoturism marca opel astra h si totodata veti putea observa si cum se demonteaza/ monteaza electroventilatorul.
Asa cum am precizat in filmare exista doua posibilitati de a inlocui aceasta clapeta deteriorate astfel:
1) varianta prezentata in clip prin extragerea clapetei prin spatial creat in urma desurubarii celor doua suruburi dn partea superioara a aerotermei si reintroducerea prin acel locas a clapetei noi. Precizez ca va trebui sa fortati putin astfel, sa se creeze spatiu suficient pentru a extragerea/ reintroduce clapetei in carcasa;
2) suplimentar fata de ce ati urmarit in clip, in situatia in care veti dori sa inlocuiti integral, inclusiv carcasa clapetei, va trebui sa detasati stergatoarele de la parbriz, carcasa din plastic de sub acestea si astfel veti avea acces la patru suruburi, le veti desuruba, implicit surubul cel mic care tine fixate, in partea din spate, carcasa clapetei de corpul aerotermei.

Hello!
In this video, I will show you a very simple way to replace the air recirculation valve on an Opel Astra H car, and at the same time you will be able to observe how the electric fan is disassembled/assembled.
As I stated in the video, there are two possibilities to replace this damaged flap as follows:
1) the version presented in the clip by extracting the valve through the space created after unscrewing the two screws in the upper part of the air heater and reinserting the new valve through that slot. I specify that you will have to force a little like this, to create enough space to extract/reinsert the flap into the case;
2) in addition to what you watched in the clip, in the event that you want to completely replace, including the flap housing, you will have to detach the wipers from the windshield, the plastic housing below them and thus you will have access to four screws, you will unscrew, implicitly, the smallest screw that holds the flap housing to the body of the air heater fixed, in the back.

Super vid, man ! Eu am alta problema la climatizare. Baga aer doar pe sub bord. Toate celelalte guri de ventilatie sunt inchise. Am inteles ca in partea stanga a consolei, langa pedalier, este un alt motoras de control pt directionare flux aer, care se gripeaza. Sa vad daca e gripat, sau ceva plastic rupt pe acolo, sau defect...

How do you know in which position to install the new flap, compared to the current position of the flap motor, so that it doesn't spin the flap too far and break it? Does the motor somehow "know" where is flap's end of travel?

Hy, the ax will show you, can t be put în wrong pozițion. Before you introduce the flaps în housing you can connect the step motor to the flaps and you will understand what I said.
