Funnily enough, what makes the boss difficult is not the boss itself, but the minions it constantly spawns at you. The boss by itself is actually very easy.

The minions that should come out of those two large buildings are the M270 rocket trucks and the flamethrower tanks to make this more challenging. And also add the Flying Beast just for fun.
