It seems you're too ignorant to understand that the major by-product of the combustion of a fossil fuel (JET A-1) is water? What do you think might happen to the water (in the form of water vapor) being ejected out of each engine, when it hits the freezing atmosphere? Wow, who would have thought it would turn into ice crystals? lol.
