for anyone having issue opening cap, these days they are adding a "child protector" casing, ontop of the actual cap, so you have to take a screwdriver and break the top part where it has holes, so you can open the actual cap. Dont worry it wont damage or break the refill.

I sorta like them. I have one that there’s like an inch from the bottom of the glass container to bottom of base and the bottle dropped a lot. My spouse ended up folding a bit of thin cardboard to get it to stay up. Once the glass container is entirely depleted, I have trouble pulling that wick out. The recycling places won’t take the glass with the wick part in there.

I've had one of the older models for years... It suddenly stopped spraying despite having fresh batteries and a brand new scent bottle. Bought a new one (the model in the video) as well as three new scent bottles. It doesn't work fresh out of the box... So disappointed.

on the highest setting this will blow for 6 seconds every 7 minutes so i got two of them for my room and timed the second one to blow precisely 3 1/2 minutes after the first one

Nope! I thought so too when I bought it but it is 8 hours on and 16 hours off. The 8 hours on starts when you turn the switch on. So if you want air freshener during the afternoon and evening hours, turn it on around 2:00 PM and it will stay on til 10:00 PM.
