Great to see the airport buzzing. I am old enough to remember a time when Perth was only that busy around the midnight / 1am timeslot with all the international flights that used to depart around that time. QF, BA, Air India. A couple of times I got taken as a kid and we would stand on the roof deck of the old terminal and watch. Was a great atmosphere! Air Batik starts their flights Perth - Auckland later in September, not sure of the timing but will be 6 times a week, and can't imagine it will be late PM flights in / out. Either way, making the airport that little bit busier still :)

Wow, what a collection! Well done! Gotta say, it's nowhere near as bad as the US where you hear multiple incoming flights simultaneously cleared to land on a runway occupied by a stationary aircraft, but it still makes me a little uneasy to hear aircraft cleared to land while another is still partway through the takeoff run. Still, I have no stake and presumably it's all been carefully studied and thought through!

How do you handle multiple planes? Is it all done with just one camera?

Yep, one camera. I've been doing it a while, I can pan a camera pretty quickly.
