This is a great breakdown of how to structure a co-hosting agreement. The revenue share model makes sense for both parties, and outlining clear expectations on payment, term, and exit strategy is essential for a successful partnership.

Thanks for sharing, Subscribed done👌 By the way if I’m the main host and I add a co-host on my listing. Do I need to give them full access to my account or Only manage the calendar & messages? Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi sir For someome who would like to start but then , when coming to agreements who pays for water & electricity in this cause and if its both of us where do i gain because i am the one doing all the things here and he will just be receiving his monthly income with no deductions besides what i will be paying for too ,which doesn't make sense

Utilities should be set to automatic payments by the main host the co-host should only be focusing on the management of the property and guests. But things like utilities should be automatically taken care of.

the main idea of having a co-host is to keep things simple for the owner, so i find this method very practical so far. Co-host=cleaning+consumeables+communication+bookings owner=bills+maintenance costs This way, you as a co-host wont have to pass on every shopping expendeture to the owner, which is very annoying for both on the long run and very open to exploitation as you as a co-host might be buying two packs of toilet papers, towels etc while taking some of them home for you own use while the host is paying for it. The owner of the house should have zero of a doubt on those types of things. Clarity, the owner should be able to see everybooking, should be able to check ip cameras wherenever they like to make sure that the non-booked days are not abused by the co-host or his friends or outside booking which is the worst thing that a owner can have.

as you will be handling the cleaning and consumeables , your percentage will be a lot higher than the 20% , a house listing that barely challenge the 80-110$ range, you should be charging as high as 45% for that listing.

Hi Jorge I have an offer to be a co-host to a property, but then from your video and some comments under this video, I understand that the cohost bears the maintenance cost. so maintenance cost includes something like licking roof repairs or what are your ideas on maintenance.

Hi Jorge! Your videos are very helpful thank you. Question, so when you’re paying the cleaning and maintenance people, do you pay out of pocket and the air bnb owner reimburses you? Or how does that work? Also do you manage their air bnb account as a cohost too?
@ThetommoroPRODUCTION8 ай бұрын
great question!

the guests pay a separate cleaning fee, so that does not come out of our pocket. maintenance we do pay out of pocket from time to time, hence why its' important to sublease a property that is already renovated which will create less maintenance. We do have ongoing costs like landscaping etc

I am sorry to say that, but nothing was said about how to setup the contract, it was the repetition of your other videos about co-host.
