@ thank you for responding. I am looking to become a co-host for other hosts. Eventually make it a business. Right now just stepping my toes in co hosting eventually one day have my own Airbnb in the future.

What's a reasonable percentage to pay a co-host and does that include cleaning?
@ThanksForVisiting8 күн бұрын
A reasonable percentage to pay a co-host typically ranges from 15% to 25% of the booking revenue, depending on their level of involvement and the responsibilities they handle. This percentage **does not include cleaning fees**, as those are often paid directly to the cleaners. If the co-host also manages cleaning or other extra services, you might negotiate an adjusted rate.
