Airbnb Waterfront Flat with 180 Sea View, Perea, Greece

November 2022. We stayed at this amazing apartment for a month. It is one of our favorites! Right on the boardwalk but it feels private and quiet despite being above a restaurant. It is starting to show its age especially with the furniture but it was still comfortable. The squeaky uneven floor added character. Plenty of hot water and good WiFi. The fresh market on Mondays (Ionias street) and Fridays (west Antheon street) is fabulous! Stairs may be challenging for some with suitcases but they have landings at each half level and it is only a couple of floors; the apartment is worth it! Highly recommend.
