These UAVs are so tight. it's amazing how far we've come. X-47B stealth drones, Predator C drones which will probably be capable of Air-to-Air combat....These things are great. I personally love the fact that human lives are being saved by keeping pilots safe on the ground instead of in the cockpit. truly amazing

That is the problem though, in order to get more UAVs they have to replace manned craft. We still have the Shadows.

I don't think we'll see F-16's replaced with UAV's for direct combat anytime soon. Most of the UAVs are not nearly as maneuverable. The one recorded instance that a Reaper has gotten into a dogfight it lost. They will probably take over most of the Stealth and Recon work though.
