I only use opaque paints when I do highlights or base coats. Transparents are my bread and butter. Black and white opaques are all I need.

a good foundation in basic artistic principles is useful, if you understand how shading, line and depth/ foreshadowing work with a pencil or pen, then you can transfer those principles to air brushing, i don't recommend trying to go "i want to become a professional in 'x' with an airbrush" also, instead of trying to go head first into the deep end, do a lot of basic exercises and then develop a style you enjoy using :)

Your videos are really fun. I'm left handed, are there any special considerations that you know of? I've found that more often than not something gets left out (get it?). Things like needing a knob on the other side? And if you don't know could you help me find a left handed airbrush person? Thanks
