I've been going to YUL since 2016, and I have never seen a Lufthansa A343 sporting the mainline livery. They always send a Star Alliance one from Lufthansa CityLine, since the flight to Frankfurt is operated on a codeshare with Air Canada. As well, Air France hasn't flown the A343 to YUL since 2017. How old is this footage?

Airbus a340 I see was powered with CFM 56-5C engine.

I like the 5 and 600 series better. The cfm powered versions look far underpowered for the sheer size of the aircraft.
