My works great! Love it Saved my sinus, skin and hair this winter. I see your wick doesn’t have a holder. Mine does. There is a max fill line inside the tank, so I always remove the lid to fill it

I do not! I will get at least 2 months on one filter. Probably depends on how hard your water is

Sorry Mrs H this is junk. I cannot get the float valve to line up with the switch no matter how many times I've tried to adjust the top lid.
