Sir can you provide the T/W ratio for a hand launch and how much throttle do you initially use

For hand launch I typically go full throttle just in case. A lot can go wrong during takeoff. For hand launch I don't recommend anything below 1.2 T/W and anything below 1.0 probably won't succeed in a hand launch.
